Because many items in this shop are signed, personalized, limited edition, or digital products, please review the following policy before purchasing.
Signed & Personalized Books
All signed, personalized, and custom-inscribed books are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
This includes:
- Signed first editions
- Personalized copies
- Collector editions
- Bundled sets containing signed books
Please double-check spelling and personalization details before placing your order.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- eBooks
- PDFs
- Printable journals
- Downloadable bonus content
- Digital bundles
- Wallpapers, guides, and reader extras
If you experience trouble accessing your download, please contact me and I’ll gladly help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Replacement copies or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Issues
I am not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS or carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
However, if an issue occurs, please reach out and I will do my best to help.
Cancellations
Orders for unsigned, non-personalized physical items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Signed or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Thank you for supporting indie authors and small creative businesses.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
