Hi! Thank you for stopping by my website and allowing me to introduce myself.
My name is Lisa Alfano. I am an author, wife, mother, dog mom, and booklover. I am a lifelong New Englander who has called the Connecticut shoreline home for more than four decades. I create twisted characters living in flawed worlds that feature strong female characters, and I adore books that also feature intriguing plots and strong characters.
As a previously traditionally published, I am excited to add the title of indie author and publisher to my resume, which also includes MBA and MAR degrees from Liberty University.
When not working on my writing, you can often find me walking at the beach with my faithful, furry rescue-dog. He loves the beach as much as I do.
Living in small towns my entire life, and growing up before the Internet and Amazon, I have always loved indie bookstores. I have spent so many afternoons browsing small, local bookstores, and seek indie bookstores out when traveling, as one can never have too many books to read. I am excited, and honored, to be able to help give back to indie bookstores. I am also currently hard at work on the second book in the PMS Girls Saga: the sequel to Sleep With One Eye Open, as well as Book 2 in the Thorne Chronicles: A THORNE AS BLACK AS ONYX.
